Love your liver to increase fertility naturally

Optimal natural fertility depends on excellent overall health, which can only be achieved when our body’s metabolic processes are nourished and well balanced. This is where the liver comes in.

The liver is one of the most important organs in the body because it governs approximately 500 metabolic processes to ensure optimal health and fertility. These are classified into nine main ones and include: carbohydrate metabolism – helps maintain blood sugar levels; balance of fat and cholesterol metabolism; protein metabolism, including the elimination and rebuilding of blood, as well as other basic components of the body; blood storage; production of bile salts to aid digestion; storage of vitamins (A, D, E, K, B, C) and minerals (iron, potassium, copper, zinc); heat production, breakdown and elimination of hormones essential for hormonal balance and detoxification.

The liver is the largest human internal organ and one of the few capable of natural regeneration: only 25% of the remaining liver can regenerate into a whole liver again. Ensuring that the liver has what it takes for optimal function is essential for maximum overall health and fertility.

The way to ensure optimal liver function is the same (of course) as the approach used to help couples overcome infertility to have a healthy baby, includes a low-toxin lifestyle: a clean, healthy diet; no consumption of coffee or alcohol; avoiding chemicals, recreational substances, smoking, and anything else that has been shown to negatively affect overall health, as well as adding other things that may be beneficial, like the recipe I’m sharing with you below.

The Whole Lemon Drink is a recipe shared with me by my esteemed colleague and author, Peter De Ruyter. I have used it for various areas of health with excellent results (including and not limited to digestion and the function of the digestive system).

It is simple and tastes great. To improve health, fertility, and digestion, all you have to do is drink it twice a day. The other great advantage of this natural increase in health and fertility is that it is completely safe during the period prior to conception. Also, whether you are pregnant or trying to conceive naturally, or through assisted methods like IUI, IVF, ICSI, you can continue this healthy ritual.

Whole Lemon Drink is ideal for:

– Help with hormonal balance

– Detoxification

– Improved immune function

– Liver health

– Nourish and strengthen cells and cell membranes.

– Improvement and normalization of digestive health.

Some of the benefits of Whole Lemon Drink (observed in more than 20 years of clinical practice):

– Decreases the acidity of the blood and alkalizes the system, despite the fact that lemon juice is acidic;

– The oils provide essential fatty acids that stimulate immune function, benefit cellular integrity and improve skin health (solving dryness), etc.

– The D-limonene in lemon peel has anticancer properties;

– Lemon pectin helps emulsify oils and chelate toxins from the intestine.

– Lemon peel contains oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPCs), powerful antioxidants with antihistamine effects;

– Lecithin works by healing and detoxifying the liver (it is wonderful to treat fatty liver) and the nervous system (peripheral neuropathy), as well as the kidneys and the brain, and improves fat absorption;

– Lecithin helps normalize cholesterol and triglycerides;

– Lecithin choline and citrus skin gland oils help the liver’s detoxification pathways work more effectively;

– The drink helps reduce inflammation of the glands, increases energy, in addition to relieving depression and anxiety;

– Helps with insomnia and increases appetite (only when it is scarce);

– Helps to normalize weight;

– Frequently increases the count of CD4 cells (cells that fight against the immune system);

– Helps reduce tumor necrosis factor (TNF), inflammation and wear.

An incredible infusion: cheap, simple, safe and effective!

WHOLE LEMON DRINK RECIPE

– 1 whole organic lemon, scrubbed well to remove wax or residue

– 1/2 cup of filtered water

– 1-3 tablespoons cold pressed organic linseed oil or preferably liquid fish oil

– 1 dessert spoon heaped with lecithin (egg-based if possible)

– 1 capsule of vitamin E (whole in the blender)

– 1 fresh ginger nut (about the size of a golf ball)

Cut the lemon into small pieces, combine all the ingredients and blend for 30-45 seconds. Strain and discard the pulp. Consume half of the liquid before or with breakfast and the rest for dinner. Store the rest in a clean glass container * in the refrigerator. Always consume the full amount within 24 hours to avoid rancidity and excessive oxidation.

* Ideally, the glass container should be as full of beverage as possible to decrease the amount of air, which accelerates oxidation.
