Lose belly fat – 4 quick and easy tricks

If your belly has grown larger than you’d like and you’re desperately trying to lose weight and get in shape ((the shape is round, right?), you’re in the same position as a lot of other people. You can try and Hide it all you you want, but you won’t be satisfied until it’s gone. If you want to lose belly fat, there’s no way around it, you’ll need to make some changes to your diet and exercise plan

There are various reasons that may have led to your oversized belly. It could be lack of exercise, poor dietary choices, alcohol, or pregnancy (for the ladies), or a combination of all of those things. Whatever it is, it sure was easier than it sounds, right? Well, it may seem impossible to remove this stubborn fat from your body, but it’s not.

By drinking 8 to 12 glasses of water every day, you can lose belly fat. Choosing water over sugary drinks like soda and juice can cut up to 250 calories per soda from your diet.

Every morning before breakfast, go for a brisk walk or jog for 30 minutes. Exercise doesn’t have to be a chore, contrary to popular belief. Personally, I use this time every day to think and clear my mind for the next day. I put on my headphones and go. By getting some fresh air before breakfast, you’ll get much-needed vitamin D (from sunlight) and have more energy throughout the day. Not to mention, you’ll lose belly fat by burning off excess calories.

You can be in the middle of a love/hate relationship with alcohol, but it doesn’t have to be. Limiting your alcohol intake will help you lose weight and lose belly fat. Alcohol has 7 calories per gram, not to mention the extra calories from carbohydrates in beer or soda or the juice in your mixer. Think of it this way, there are 65 calories per ounce of rum, whiskey, gin, vodka, or tequila. Add 7 ounces of your favorite mixer for about 235 calories, and with just 2 drinks, you’ll be talking up to an hour on the treadmill. Who wants to do that with a hangover?

Some consider breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be the only meals of the day, but according to recent studies, people who ate 5 to 7 smaller meals instead of just 3 had lower weight than those who didn’t . Eating smaller meals every 3-4 hours throughout the day will keep you satisfied and, in fact, keep you feeling full for longer. And this leads to eating less overall. Yes, eat more (often) and burn fat, not bad, right?

You don’t need an expensive meal delivery service or top-notch exercise equipment to lose belly fat. All you need to do is make smarter choices throughout the day and adopt a healthier lifestyle. You should always be careful about what goes into your mouth and make an effort to be active throughout the day. It takes a bit of getting used to, but it will definitely be worth it.
