A Critical Third Party Review of MLM Coach Eric Worre

Eric Worre’s Background:

I first had the opportunity to meet Eric Worre in my first successful MLM experience. Eric was one of the ‘Big Three’ leaders in the company I was involved with him.

Mr. Worre is a unique person, to put it mildly, and was always an interesting person to do business with. Onstage at major conventions, Eric tends to ask questions and listen more than he talks. He plays the role of a celebrity interviewer, asking clarifying questions that allow the finer points of Network Marketing success to come through in a way that would otherwise remain obscure.

Eric Worre is a FANTASTIC leader, and I encourage you to get as familiar with his training as you can.

So how does Eric Worre build his business?

Eric follows a traditional word-of-mouth business model and boils his training down to the simplest steps possible for his team. It’s hard to get Mr. Worre trained on anything other than 3-way calls, house meetings, and weekly events.

He won’t. I actually don’t know if I’d remember this, but one day I overheard him talking about how he keeps things ridiculously simple, so I hung out with him later that day at a training convention, and I grilled him, trying my best to get him to complicate things. . I just wouldn’t.

Eric will punch over and over ‘keep it simple’. Before I met him, he came from a long list of uplines and teams that seemed to be trying to build a business in the most complicated way possible. (Which was terribly frustrating, because he didn’t know what he was doing.)

So are Eric’s business building techniques effective for everyone?

Eric is one who freely admits that they just don’t. If you take a look at the facts of the last 60 years of MLM, it is clear to most leaders that not all training works for everyone. In a nutshell, there are thousands of different ways to build an MLM business that are effective for different types of personalities.

Eric’s system gave me my first success in MLM, overcoming the initial hurdle of earning more than a few thousand dollars a month, and I did it the traditional way through meetings, Super Saturdays, etc.

However, to be honest, it was difficult for most people to learn and use Eric’s system. We were all a bunch of 25-year-old college dropouts, and while I had a fairly large group (1,000+ people), that system just didn’t work well for my previous peer group. Quite simply, if I ever wanted to earn my $5,000+ a month income from Eric’s group, I’d have to join the Chamber of Commerce, go to church 3 times a week, maybe join the Rotary Club and any other social group that could. get involved where I could meet people who had a larger sphere of influence than mine.

Also, I found out after a while that I just don’t enjoy spending all my free time in meetings, conference calls, and prospects from strangers. As much as I love to talk, the pressure on that group to have meetings every week and fill a large room with people was enormous. He wanted a better way of doing things, plain and simple (that he actually enjoyed).

So should you forget everything Eric ever said? Just so you know, Eric’s system was the first way I ever made money in Network Marketing. However, I just won’t be content with a measly five thousand dollars a month, so I started looking for a more powerful and streamlined trading system.

…then I found cyberspace. It took some effort, training, and practice, but I learned how to market myself online. Not only is it so much more fun than all the stuff I used to do, but it also works SO MUCH better.

It was an empowering transformation (as you can imagine) when I started to have people calling me, begging me to get involved in my business.

Bottom line, does Eric Worre’s training work? Yes, but you know what? He would never ever build a business that way again. Bottom line, I don’t care how much money it would make me that way. After a while, I’ve found that it’s much more fun to market and promote yourself in an engaging, fun, and empowering way—sponsoring people who WANT to know what you do.

I wouldn’t want it to be any other way.

However, I have experienced the exact opposite. My income grew five times in my first six months of online promotion. Today, I consistently attract 20-50 reps per month to my opportunity, and they are all ASKED to join.
