What is room escape?

How does it work?

It’s a real-life game where a team has 60 minutes to solve puzzles with clues to reveal mysteries. In a room, there can be up to 12 players.

You will be in a room with other players unless you or your team decide to reserve all seats for the game session. Sometimes you can get a private room, especially if no one else is occupying the space you booked.

What is the arrival time?

You may want to arrive at least 15 minutes before the time. In fact, arriving early is a must for a better experience. If you are late, you can interrupt the current session and the next session. The staff will take care of late arrivals.

What can you take with you in the rooms?

Food and drinks are not allowed in the rooms. In addition, no person will be allowed to enter while intoxicated. However, you can take your phone inside, but you can’t take pictures with it.

To reschedule the game, management must be contacted two days prior to the last day. If you do not contact during this period, a 50% fee will be charged. Since the game is live, the reservation system is fair. There are no rescheduling or refunds for those who arrive late.

What if I want to go out during the game?

If you don’t enjoy the game, you can’t win. The game is monitored with cameras. If you want to go out, you can press the exit button on the door to go out. However, you may want to keep in mind that if you quit, your game is over. The other players will proceed.
