MYOB How to install your software

Insert the program disc into your CD / DVD-Ram drive. When the welcome screen appears, click install on the product you purchased.

The Install Shield wizard will guide you through the program setup process.

A welcome window will appear; Click Next.

The license window will appear: you have the option to print the agreement to read it in its entirety or to read it on the screen. You must accept and click “I accept the terms of the license agreement” to continue; Click Next.

The type of installation recommended for most users is typical, as it has the most common features used in MYOB. You can use the Custom option and choose only the options you want. Click Custom and then Next to select the features you want to use. I have chosen to use Typical for my type of installation.

The destination folder where your program will be installed and it will default to drive C: with the product version as the name. If you want to have the destination in another location, click Browse and choose the folder and path you want to use; Click Next.

The programs folder should have the product name of the MYOB program you have purchased by default; Click Next.

Now you are ready to start copying files. If you want to review your settings, you can click Back and change any of the settings you chose. When everything is in order, click Next to start installing the program.

This may take a few minutes to complete. Once completed, click Finish and a welcome page will appear with a list of features, an introduction to MYOB, and links to more information about your MYOB software.

When you exit this screen, you will see that a shortcut icon has been placed on your desktop for your installed MYOB software.
