Will ladies wearing pants make heaven? Fashion and religion perspective
To many of you, the title of this center will seem ridiculous or funny, but you will be surprised at the controversy this is causing in Christian doctrine where I come from. Many of the churches are involved in this discussion based on the aspect of the Bible where God instructed in Deuteronomy 22: 5 “Women shall not wear what is proper for a man, nor shall man wear women’s clothing for everything let it be. Make the Lord your God an abomination. ” This particular verse of the Bible caused many waves and even generated many discussions between believers and non-believers in general. For some churches in my country, this particular verse focused on the wearing of pants by women to the point that any woman seen wearing pants will be considered a sinner. But there are also churches in my country that see nothing wrong with women wearing pants as long as they fit well and do not allow another person to fall into sin. I belong to this school of thought, but I really don’t even know what to think again.
The world is really coming to an end and the devil is really coming out strong in the affairs of the world. He completely took over the fashion sense in the world that it will be difficult to know who is wearing rags or who is actually dressing. A walk down the street will show you that morality has given way to immorality, people wear their clothes as if they were a whore or “whore” as my American friends will say. Do you really blame them in part yes and no? The devil completely took over the minds of designers such as: VALENTINO GARAVANI, RALPH LAUREN, TOM FORD, DONATELLA VERSACE, YVES SAINT LAUREN, ALEXANDER MCQUEEN, BETSEY JOHNSON, JOHN GALLIANIO, MARC JACOBS, STELLA MCCARTNE and many others because they bring of her labels is nothing more than what the Bible describes as dressing up as a harlot. You don’t need to strain to see what a woman’s dignity was supposed to be exposed to the naked eyes of men so you can come and feed your eyes. The blame I put on the women is the fact that they have decided to submit to this ridiculous way of dressing and have even given awards to the craziest designer.
Now you complain about sexually transmitted diseases, the world is dying, what is God doing? Let me ask you a question: will you be ready to help a child of yours who willfully disobeys your instructions? No I dont think so. So why should women be a sexual object and every day you fight for the dignity of women when you intentionally ridicule yourself in the open air? Have you seen the statistics of rapes, especially in the so-called developed countries of the world? And you blame the rapist when you intentionally make it easy for him to achieve his purpose. I wonder what the world is headed for.
Rape statistics:
1. Somewhere in the United States, a woman is raped every two minutes: US Department of Justice. “
2. In 1995 354, 670 women were raped or sexually assaulted.
3. During the last 2 years, 787,000 were raped or sexually assaulted.
4. The FBI estimated that 72 out of 100,000 were raped in the past year.
All this happened in the period of 1996, and there are estimates of silent victims, those who will not come out to speak. Don’t get me wrong, I will never support the rape or the rapist; in fact, I believe that every rapist should be shot. But what are women also doing to protect their dignity?
Movies will not sell unless there is sex and violence in them, sex dominated the Internet. Sex is all around us, you flaunt it, you give the wrong signals and the guy rapes you in return and you scream blue murder. Music videos won’t get high sales and ratings, except that women are made to be dressed half-naked and for guys to watch. What do women do to themselves? This is ridiculous and no one can help you except yourself. America has become present-day Sodom and Gomorrah. all bad things originate in America. American should thank God for the saints that still live among you if not. Who knows what would have happened now.
Despite everything I have written above, I really don’t see anything wrong with women wearing pants because I think pants were not made exclusively for men and as long as pants are still a unisex outfit then it will be difficult for me to agree that women who wore pants will go to hell. I want to believe that women wear pants because they are more comfortable for me to put on, I adapt to each situation, and also cover my thighs whenever I sit down.
