Wheatgrass, health, and the law of attraction

I am going to give you some valuable information derived from my own experience and from the chapter “The Law of Attraction” of the book Love & Law, which is a compilation of the unpublished writings of Ernest Holmes, author of Science of Mind and the founder of science religious.

1. “You could not attract wealth (health) if you had the thought of poverty (health)”:

If the possibility of health did not exist, you would not have an iota of possibility to attract it to you.

But health exists. In fact, it is your natural state.
Now, the popular versions of the “Law of Attraction” simply speak of the superficial levels of abundance and poverty, in our case, health and disease. It looks something like this:

You are thinking impoverished thoughts and that is what has attracted you. Stop those thoughts. Invert them and have positive thoughts of abundance and you will attract them in increasing quantity and quality over time. It is a spiritual law and spiritual laws triumph over physical and man-made laws.

I totally agree with this. But there are some things that are not included in this:

  • Psychological protection: Your impoverished thoughts could actually be a psychological way to protect yourself against what you fear. On the one hand, you are afraid of dying (fear), and on the other hand, you want this glorious but unknown quality called abundance of health. Many people fear public embarrassment and humiliation and therefore never attempt to learn to speak in public, a skill that can propel them to higher levels in all areas of their life. Fear is a powerful emotion and it has kept our species safe. It also gets in the way of our urban life of abundance, but you will never get rid of it; it is practically integrated into you.
  • Physical arena: As humans, we are on Planet Earth and we experience the combination of air, soil, water, light, other humans, and our thoughts apply to all of them. Unless you already master Instant Divine Manifestation and can materialize and dematerialize things, people, and situations in the blink of an eye, you don’t just need to change your mindset. You need to change your actions to agree with those good thoughts.
  • Social connection: Although everything is energy and everything originates from a Divine Source, you will get what you need and want through social connections: people. The largest corporation does not function without people. You won’t know the 99.99% of the people who touch your lives (like all the millions of people responsible for keeping the internet, telecommunications, and electricity generation running so you can read this now), but everything and everyone will enter your life through people. . Not from people, but through people. The natural environment brings you air, soil, water and light. People bring you the rest. And of course they all come from the Divine Source.

So, go ahead and use the power of the Law of Attraction, but don’t expect it to work powerfully for you if you lock yourself in a concrete bunker in the wild mountains 100 miles away from the nearest human to protect yourself. of your fears of situations and people.

2. “The person who can provide the best mental pattern – that’s what we call realizing – that the one who can do it best gets the best results”:

Ernest Holmes talks about the importance of crystal clarity to know what we want … then to maintain the image or visualization … and not to cancel or cancel the power of thought with opposing thoughts.

To this he dedicates an entire chapter entitled “Relief from responsibility.” The main message is that your job is to create that sharp image, clearing yourself of the doubts that it may arise, then like a bird in your hand, releasing it to fly. Your work is done. Why? The thought or image, spoken as Word, has spiritual power and must be fulfilled unless a canceling thought destroys it. Christians call it Logos.

Most of the spiritual work is done in this area: clarifying doubts and convincing yourself that you are not personally responsible for the result. It can take years of work.

And by that time, 99% of today’s “Law of Attraction” enthusiasts will have moved on to something else only to start all over again. Then they wonder why they are not making progress. So, good reader, stick to it.

3. “If we want particular things, we must unite with them, we must unite with them.”

Ernest Holmes continues specifically with health:

“To be attuned to health would be to attract health. You cannot reconcile yourself to health as long as you are in harmony with disease. You must remove disease from your mind.” It is not yours, it is only your personal self that thinks these things belong to you.

“The person who wants a concept of perfect health, real vitality, must see the perfect life everywhere. What we think, what we think we imagine, what we imagine becomes, and that is why we must see the perfect [health and] life everywhere in all “.

Ernest then goes on to explain how to apply this in wealth creation:

The big guy with big plans to build skyscrapers and ships and railroads (these are unpublished lectures from 1918) isn’t thinking of bags of peanuts for a nickel each.

This part is especially important, and is the common theme of the magic of thinking big, of thinking beyond what you want, Shakti Gawain advises that when the flow of money comes, challenge yourself to ask for even more in quantity and frequency.

Otherwise, says Ernest Holmes, “people would not be attracted.”

Take advantage of this wisdom to your advantage:
This wisdom comes from my own decades of experience. I am a champion of health and have healed myself and thousands of others with the power of the “law of attraction” of wheatgrass. However, like the simple steps above, not knowing what you are doing with your wheatgrass “law of attracting health” can have consequences:
