Chakras, feelings and the law of attraction

It was probably over 20 years ago that I first read about the Chakras in a Shirley McLaine book and I can’t help but remember how much rubbish I thought it was. It’s funny how the experience changes our perception and that’s how it has been with the Chakras in my life.

About 10 years ago I went through a period of discomfort, not describable by my regular and naturopathic resistant medicine and only went to bed for 5 days with only the desire to sleep. These episodes went on for about 18 months until a friend referred me to a spiritual healer who brought me well-being. I think it cleared the blockages in my Chakras. This allowed the Kundalini process to emerge, which is the emergence of divine energy through the path of the Chakras. Well-being came back to my life for the most part, but this path of discomfort is quite typical of people who support the Kundalini. I discovered crystals and started meditating with them to deal with blockages and life has steadily improved since then.

“Kundalini is both the energy and the essence of life and the practice of becoming aware of it.”

I hope I haven’t lost you at this point. I am not defending this as the only truth, but it was my experience and it has been very compelling. If you Google Kundalini, you will see many discussions of people trying to reach Kundalini and for some it is as if it is a goal in itself, almost to the point of bragging that their achievement somehow makes them superior.

For me, I found it mostly a pain and this is the first time I have disclosed this experience. I found that energy blockages and an increased experience of excitement simply made life more difficult. About 9 months ago, frustrated by this, I sought out a crystal healer to alleviate the blockages I was experiencing as the spiritual healer I initially saw had retired. This was very successful, although on a couple of occasions I was quite ill for a few days afterwards, such was the disorder. But now I certainly feel good about strong energy most of the time.

It was the improvement in energy flow that led me to realize the confluence between the Chakras and Abraham’s idea that our feelings are an indicator of whether we are creating positively or negatively.

“The chakras, as described above, are energy centers along the spine located in the main branches of the human nervous system, beginning at the base of the spine and moving up to the top of the skull. The chakras are considered a point or nexus of biophysical energy or prana of the human body. Shumsky affirms that “prana is the basic component of your subtle body, your energy field and the entire Chakra system … the key to life and the source of energy in the universe. “

Charkras – Wikipedia

Have you ever thought about how you experience emotions? Being so powerful in our lives, what is the mechanics of this experience that colors our whole life?

Have you experienced butterflies in your stomach before: a final in a sports game; public speaking; performance; a test; or any number of stressful situations? This is probably the easiest way to indicate that you are experiencing the influence of your Chakras.

The third Chakra, which is located in the solar plexus, has fear and anxiety among its influences. Therefore, when you are in a stressful situation, you feel that horrible churning sensation in your stomach. This is your third Chakra in operation, as the divine energy transmitted through your spine to your Chakras is your higher self that indicates if you are creating negatively.

The feelings transmitted through the Chakras can also be positive reaching euphoria at their best, but it seems to me that those negative feelings experienced have a higher “density” that makes them ubiquitous and persistent, which is why we often hold them during long periods. I think positive feelings are more ephemeral. More temporary and as such I think that is why we are more susceptible to carrying negative feelings. I am sure that you have experienced the fleetingness of joy and the persistence of anger and fear, that is why it is so important to seek a better thought and always carry the intention to feel good.

Charkas are your connection to your higher self through which the feelings that indicate how you are creating are transmitted and things like crystals, Bach flower remedies, aromatherapy and yoga are worth looking for that can be used to increase and control the effects. of the Chakras so that more often you “feel good” improving your life and helping you create positively.
