Delicious Strawberry Oatmeal Bars
What do you need:

2 cups small diced fresh strawberries

1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/3 cup light brown sugar

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 tablespoon granulated sugar

1 teaspoon cornstarch

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Combine rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, ginger, and kosher salt in a medium bowl. Add the melted butter and mix until the ingredients are well combined. Take 1/2 cup of the mixture to reserve. Press remainder into 8×8-inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Place half of the strawberries on the base, top with cornstarch, lemon juice and 1/2 tablespoon of granulated sugar. Sprinkle with remaining berries and reserved crumble on top. Bake in a preheated oven (375F) until golden brown and fruit is bubbling, about 35-40 minutes. Refrigerate to cool completely. When ready, cut into bars and enjoy!
Nutella Stuffed Strawberries

15 pieces of fresh strawberries

1/2 cup Nutella

1/4 cup toasted almonds, roughly chopped
Cut the strawberries in half lengthwise. Hollow out each half of the strawberry with 1/4 teaspoon. Pour about 1/2 teaspoon of Nutella into each strawberry half then generously top with chopped almonds. Serve and consume immediately.
Easy Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream

2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped, plus more for topping

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup sponge cake, chopped, plus more for topping

1 can of sweetened condensed milk
Beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, using a mixer. Add the strawberries, the sponge cake and the condensed milk. Pour mixture into 9×5-inch loaf pan. Top with more strawberries and sponge cake. Cover and freeze in the refrigerator until firm, at least 5-6 hours.
When ready, remove from the fridge and let them soften for a few minutes before serving.
